The Pasolasmonjas is produced from 100% Garnacha grapes from old vines(some more than 70 yrs old)planted in the Navarra D.O. These vineyards are located at an altitude of 700m. This high altitude allows for cold nights that help grapes cool down and retain their nutrients. "Elegantly restrained. Opens up reluctantly to genuine floral notes and nice red fruit.
